CODESA was founded in 2007 when the two partners, Giovanni Barghi and Michele Bombonato, with experience in multinational companies specializing in catering services and soft facilities, decided to establish a new business reality. Over the years, this activity has developed into two parallel business units: the start-up and direct management of commercial catering activities and management consultancy in the sector of institutional catering.
Sales points have been opened and consulting contracts have been entered into with commercial companies in Milan, Bergamo, Bologna, Verona, Florence and Pavia.

After 10 years of activity, CODESA has obtained the ISO 9001 quality certification and is currently undergoing the certification process for safety activities in the workplace, ISO 18001, and environmental compatibility processes, ISO 14001.
